Jeanine Carbone-Lazarus, M.D. is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. Dr. Carbone-Lazarus received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. From there she attended medical school at Saba University in the Netherlands Antilles, and went on to do her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Dr. Carbone-Lazarus completed her fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis.
Her clinical interests encompass a wide range of topics including medical complications of pregnancy, prenatal diagnosis, multi-fetal gestations, and diagnosis and management of complex fetal anomalies. She has published several peer-review articles and authored a book chapter on thrombophilia. Dr. Carbone-Lazarus grew up in South Florida and moved back with her family after completing fellowship. Her outside interests include spending time with her husband and two children, discovering new restaurants, vegan cooking, and cross-fit.
